Characteristics

• Optimized UV Light Spectrum Distribution:
  The majority of emitted light falls within the 350–380 nm spectrum.
• Consistent Maintenance of High-Level UV Light Emission:
  The quality of UV light emitted from the tubes largely depends on the type of phosphor used and the overall quality of the manufacturing process. An incorrect phosphor mix or the slightest quality control flaw results in low-quality UV tubes.
• Environmental Protection:
  Quantum UV tubes meet the highest environmental protection standards and comply with the European RoHS directive restricting hazardous substances. Production of BL350 UV tubes is banned in the EU for ecological reasons. Quantum UV tubes are therefore made from the highest-quality materials using the latest water-based phosphor technology.
• Maximum Safety with FEP Coating to Prevent Tube Breakage:
  Not all protective coatings are equal; their quality depends on the materials used.
  UV tubes are protected by a highly durable FEP coating that transmits up to 95% of UV light. This coating offers excellent impact resistance, and in case of breakage, all contents are contained within the FEP sleeve. The FEP coating complies with IEC 61549 standards.
